INVESTIGATING THE S BLOCK: AN ELEMENT COUNT

The S block consists of the first column and alkaline earth metals. These elements are characterized by their unpaired valence electron(s) in their outermost shell. Studying the S block provides a fundamental understanding of atomic interactions. A total of 18 elements are found within this block, each with its own distinct properties. Grasping the
